Abstract Biomass gasification is a thermochemical conversion process of solid biomass into gaseous fuel called producer gas that can be used to generate power and electricity. The consists around 47% Nitrogen (N 2 ), 24% Carbon Monoxide (CO), 16% Dioxide (CO 12% Hydrogen (H 1% Methane (CH 4 ). This study aims design filter for capturing nitrogen from increase combustion. method will number combustible gases or reduce composition non-combustible use material name zeolite with microporous structures able adsorb molecules act catalysts chemical reactions. Zeolites 5A have small pore highly efficient diameter relatively similar size molecules. quality depends on operating parameters catalyst. When this adsorption applied, increased by observing quantity blue flame colour produced NgAF.
